Will Call Bin Management
Symphony's Will Call Bin Management enables you to customize the organization (i.e., structure and identification scheme) of your Will Call area and assign orders to specific bin locations for fast and easy retrieval. You link an order or group of orders to a physical location within your pharmacy by scanning each order's bar coded vial label and then scanning the appropriate Will Call bin. This timesaving step enables you to immediately determine an order's location. No more misplaced orders. No more embarrassing moments with customers.

Electronic Signature Pad
To enhance customer service and be fully prepared for insurance audits, Symphony's Electronic Signature Pad enables you to capture customer signatures electronically and automatically link them to the appropriate orders in your database. At customer pickup, you simply scan the order's bar code and the Electronic Signature Pad displays the appropriate user-defined declarations (e.g., Was the Offer-to-Counsel made? All appropriate vials have safety caps? ). Customers check off the declarations and sign their name on the pad.

Patient Notification Display
Symphony’s Patient Notification Display provides a quick and convenient way of alerting your customers that their prescriptions are ready for pickup, or that pharmacy staff would like to speak with them.

The HIPAA compliant display is totally configurable, enabling you to automatically display full or partial customer names once Symphony’s “Ready for Pickup” prescription status is attained. Names are automatically removed from the display when customers pick up their prescriptions or a user-defined time period expires.

You can also use the display to deliver promotional messages for OTC products and general merchandise, or simply post your pharmacy and store hours. The display is available in multiple sizes and can be placed in a wide range of locations due to its remote operation capability.
