Because PharmASSIST dispensers can count simultaneously and count ahead, the robot is continuously retrieving filled prescriptions, enabling you to achieve superior throughput. To enable full-speed continuous operation, you can simultaneously replenish dispensers through the outside doors.

Upon completion of each fill, the robot places vials on the Faux Seal Station. This device employs ultrasonics to seal the tops of the vials with an FDA-approved adhesive film. This temporary seal prevents the vial contents from spilling and also prevents any possible contamination while the vials are transported through remaining areas of the system. The Faux Seal device then places the vials into the appropriate tote for transport to the next destination.
