Okeechobee Discount Drug “scaled up” from its PharmASSIST Symphony+ System, comprised of two cabinets (100 dispensers) and the Symphony workflow system, to PharmASSIST ROBOTx with 140 dispensers and the Symphony workflow system.

“Migrating our existing PharmASSIST technology to ROBOTx was true “plug-n-play.” We filled 33% of our prescriptions the same day ROBOTx was delivered,” said Steve Nelson, R.Ph. and owner. “Our goal is to increase both our filling capacity and our cash flow by being able to process more prescriptions in a shorter amount of time.”

Rx Volume:
Okeechobee Discount Drug fills approximately 500-600 prescriptions a day with volumes reaching over 700 on peak days.
