Mike Arp brings over 15 years of senior-level finance experience across a range of high tech firms.

Prior to joining Innovation, Mike served as the chief financial officer (CFO) of Endicott Interconnect Technologies (EIT). Mike managed EIT's Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology groups. He has also held the role of vice president of finance for NFI Interactive in New Jersey and for Able Telcom Holding Corporation in Florida.

Mike holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Angelo State University in Texas, and an MBA from the University of West Florida. He is also a certified public accountant.
