Marty Rogers leads all Innovation’s operations activity including managing the engineering, manufacturing, and customer service teams. He brings over 20 years of senior-level management experience with various manufacturing firms.

Prior to join Innovation, Marty served as chief financial officer (CFO) and vice president, strategic planning & business development for Arrowhead Systems, Inc., a $45 million international manufacturer of conveyor and assembly line systems. Marty has also held CFO and VP, finance positions with Jake’s Crane, Rigging, & Transport International, Davenport Industries, LLC, Pro-Tech Welding and Fabrication, and Firth Rixon.

Marty holds a bachelor of science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and an MBA from St. John Fisher College.
