Joe Galati leads Innovation's Client Services organization, which includes overseeing all customer implementations and the Help Desk, as well as the ongoing management of all customer relationships.

Prior to joining Innovation, Joe was a senior engineer at International Flex Technologies where he provided logistics and engineering support, tactical and strategic planning, business model development, and program project management. He also served 10 years as a lead industrial engineer for IBM where he provided unit planning and coordination of demand, capacity, manpower, and capital requirements for a complex, circuit board manufacturing line.

Joe holds a master of science degree in industrial management from Central Missouri State University, and a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering technology from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
