Jim brings over 35 years of senior-level management and engineering experience in a variety of high tech industry segments. With Innovation since 2001, Jim oversees all systems engineering including the design and implementation of all robotics solutions.

Prior to joining Innovation, Jim was vice president, research & development at The Matco Group, Inc. where he was responsible for new product design, development, and engineering management for this electronics and computer peripheral manufacturing firm. Jim has also served as executive vice president at Ebonex, Inc. and director of engineering at Savin Corporation where he managed each firm’s engineering, product development, and electro-mechanical research and development groups.
