Installation & Training The unveiling of your new system is always an exciting time. As your technology partner, we install, test, train, and bring your system live as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our seasoned installation team fully understands the hectic pace of a pharmacy and will ensure that their work minimizes disruptions to your operation. And with the modular compact design of our PharmASSIST systems, our installations are typically straightforward and stress free, enabling you to be up and running quickly. Once your system is operational, our training team provides comprehensive, hands-on end-user training to your entire team, and system administration-level training to appropriate members of your team. We also provide on-site Go-Live support to give you the peace of mind that a highly qualified customer service representative is right there to answer all your questions and to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. To round out our training, we offer computer-based training (CBT) that your staff can use to prepare for, complement, and reinforce the on-site training. Many of our customers require that their staff complete the CBT prior to implementation to better prepare them for the on-site training.
